you really made Colby cheese?
Yes! It's right there in the picture. I also make a Camembert style soft cheese. I am making another round of Colby right now, even as I re-write a proposal for a doctoral proposal for our department. We even own a share of a cow herd which provides us with raw milk to make cheese with. Nerds!
