now stop eating your broccoli & go to bed!
Take 2: Sara's already eaten, Mike & I are having some stir fry I made. Sara motors over, makes her fish face fish face fish face. I give her some. General freak out. Jumping up and down, slapping the table, demanding more. The thing is, just about the only soft part of the stir fry (remember, in spite of that toothy smile, girly only has those front teeth still) is the very top of the broccoli. So eventually we have to tear her away from the broccoli to put her to bed. Now who has to tear their child away from BROCCOLI because it's time for bed.
I also want to point out that Mike never jumps up and down with excitement over my stir fry, but I can't think of a way to say it that doesn't come out just like "He never has a second cup at home." So I am skipping that part.
