First tomato
I was worried that the tomato plants arent getting enough sun in their beds. I still am, but at least we now have evidence that at least some will ripen! These are sweet 100s...a little blurry but so yummy....
The rest of the yard is looking pretty good these days.
Will have to patch the grass some more in fall--it's too hot now. Were also planning to replace the shrubs over on the left side of the yard with berry bushes so in a year or two we can pick our own berries in our yard. yum.

you should have been on Landscapers challenge on HGTV. Nice tomatoes - we have a planter with a tomato bush - beefsteak - they are huge. I reccommend Miracle grow tomato food - it really works and also makes basil leaves turn really dark green and huge.
Did you guys put in the patio stone or was it there already?
the patio was already there, thank goodness. we just did the gravel/flagstone path.
though the patio isn't real stone, it's just stamped, colored concrete. still, it was great not to have to put it in.

just cause Mike and beth Rock, it doesn't mean they are made of stone
